Xero-Turn AWD handles inclines up to 84% (40°) with 5:5 balanced axle weight distribution and dual suspensions that clear vertical obstacles up to 7 cm. Pioneering front-wheel zero-turn steering switches between zero-turn and automotive-grade Ackermann steering, while patented Traction Control System (TCS) technology adjusts wheel torque to stop the wheels spinning and scuffing the turf on low-traction lawns.
MowMentum cutting pairs a 430 mm dual-disc, 12-blade deck with two 180 W cutting motors and 0.9 mm blades. Cutting height adjusts from 20 to 95 mm with ±5 mm accuracy across up to 8 fine cutting layers, and the smart cutting algorithm detects tall, thick or dense grass and lifts the blades to suit. With a top travel speed of 0.8 m/s and 224 W fast charging — a full charge in as little as 90 minutes — the X4 can maintain 2,000 m² in a single day. Edgesense mows within 5 cm of walls and fences, and during mapping Ride-On Mode adapts to boundaries and transitions, handling elevation changes of up to 3 cm.
EFLS NRTK positioning combines tri-frequency Network RTK, 360° VSLAM and Visual Inertial Odometry, so the mower holds its position in front and back yards, on narrow paths and under trees without a local antenna or base station. Network RTK access is included at no extra cost, including the cellular data, and a physical GNSS antenna is still supplied if you would rather run a local base station. Auto mapping recognises boundaries on its own, and GeoSketch uses triple panoramic cameras and ToF sensors to build a top-down, real-scene map you can edit live on your phone.
AI-powered 360° VisionFence obstacle avoidance detects objects within 5 m, reroutes in 0.1 seconds and keeps more than 1 m clear of animals, with 1.8 m night vision sensing for after-dark mowing. The app manages up to 120 zones including no-go areas with full schedule customisation, and the mower runs at under 68 dB(A), carries an IP66 dust and water rating so it can be rinsed clean, works with Google Home and Alexa voice control, returns to the dock when the rain sensor triggers, and updates itself over the air.
